ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

In our kitchen we use certified organic products from Italian farms: we buy meat from “BordonaFarm” in Valera Fratta (LO), whereas organic flours come from Molino Rosso of Buttapietra (VR) and the organic citrus company Bioinvio delivers us from Sicily lemons and oranges within 36 hours from the harvest.
